Cannot Save Return Requests from Status 'Requested' to 'Pending' in SIM Client (Doc ID 2058321.1)

Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already available.

In the Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) handheld (HH) device, returns are not available/editable when the status is "Requested".
In order to change the status and make the returns available/editable on the HH, the returns must be put into "Pending" status, but returns cannot be saved with quantity zero.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an external Return/Transfer Request from Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
2. Enter the SIM client and find the return with a Requested Status (Open SIM -> Shipping/Receiving -> Returns).
3. Open the return and try to save it without any changes, so the status can go from Requested to Pending.
4. SIM produces the message "This return does not contain any qty and will be deleted".
