On : 2.1.0.3 version, System Wide

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Service Pack 3: 360 View Page/Tab for Service Point and Usage Subscription is timing out

After installation and verification of Service Pack 3 in Production Environment, the 360 view page/tab for Service Point and Usage Subscription are having performance issue and timing out after 4 minutes.
This affects the UI experience and is not happening prior to SP3 installation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Iy is expected that these zones would respond quickly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to 360 view
2. Click on SP tab to see issue
3. Click on Usage Subscription tab to see issue

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use these tabs on the 360 view.
