Collections Failed After Upgrade

We just upgraded our planning from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4 and took VCP to 12.2.4.1. We are in a distributed environment and we also upgraded our source VCP to 12.1.3.9.1.

We are running our first collection after the upgrade and Planning Data Pull is getting the below errors:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade EBS instance to VCP 12.1.3.9.1 Patch 17350769 and VCP instance to 12.2.4.1
2. Run Collections for the first time
3. Get an ORA-04062 error in Planning Data Pull
