Baseline Fails Due To Empty Zip File In The config_snapshots Folder (Doc ID 2059265.1)

When running a baseline_update, the process fails and an error is logged to the console and the {appName}.n.n.log.

The error indicates that there was a problem with a zip file.

When reviewing the contents of the zip, it is empty.

There may be several other {appName}.mdex.{date}.zip files in the directory that are not empty.


Console and application logs - /endeca/apps/{appName}/logs/{appName}.n.n.log:

SEVERE: 'LiveDgraphCluster': there was a problem with the zip file given. Please check the log for further details.There is a problem with the zip format for the file at /endeca/apps/Discover/data/dgraphcluster/LiveDgraphCluster/config_snapshots/

Endeca Configuration Repository logging - /endeca/ToolsAndFrameworks/{version}/server/workspace/logs/ifcr.log

New content was added to the site.

The content could have been a copy + paste from another source into Experience Manager fields.

Alternatively, an import_site could have been performed using a modified site.xml file or a site.xml from a different environment. (Example: STAGING site.xml exported, then imported to LIVE environment.)
