Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

An incorrect note is being added to an order if the jeopardy task is enabled.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only correct notes should be added to an order
STEPS
-----------------------
POT025
1. Go to work queue ASAP
2. Select a DLRD task and add a jeopardy code.
3. Transfer the task to another work queue
4. Go to the other work quesu and select the DLRD task
5. Look at the auto-generated notes for the DLRD task.
6. Notice it's added an additional note that says the DLRD task is completed for circuit.
