After upgrading the database to 12.1.0.1.0 - 64bit

When attempting to click on the availability button of Standard Sales order from and Quick sales order form,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the sales order form from Order Management responsibility.
2. enter the sales order details and click on availability

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to create the orders.
