'Could Not Get Data Source Connection for: CM_US_SQL' Error When Previewing Reports and Forms

This has been observed in the following environment:
Contract Management 14.2 integrated with BI Publisher 18.104.22.168
When Attempting to print or preview, one of the following errors will be observed in the server log.
oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [/US Sql/Forms/VND/F_VND_01.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.server.ServerException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: Not able to find data source with name:CM_US_SQL
Could not get data source connection for: CM_US_SQL
The error may also display in Contract Management or Contract Management print window will display 'Loading...,' however, the report or form will never load.
The error message will vary depending on which set of default reports are in use. The following error messages may appear:
US Oracle: Not able to find data source with name:CM_US_ORCL
Could not get data source connection for: CM_US_ORCL
UK Oracle: Not able to find data source with name:CM_UK_ORCL
Could not get data source connection for: CM_UK_ORCL
UK Sql: Not able to find data source with name:CM_UK_SQL
Could not get data source connection for: CM_UK_SQL
