Grab Package Services in Agile Content Service(ACS) Destination Causes Handshake Error (Doc ID 2059896.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
On Agile 9.3.4, when the Agile Content Service(ACS) destination server URL is pointing to the 9.3.3 server and "Grab Package Services" is clicked, the handshake error occurs.

Error
Remote host closed connection during handshake.

Java console shows the following error stack.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Java Client
2. Admin->System Settings->Agile Content Service->Destinations
3. Create Destination
  Protocol: Agile
  Set Agile 9.3.3 server URL, username, password
4. Click Grab Package Services
