Last updated on MARCH 24, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.5.0.0.0 to 7.5.0.0.0 [Release 7.5.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 7.5.0.6.0 version, Rerating/Rebilling

Scenario:

Rerating constantly fails for some account due to some non-existent monitor sub-balances.

While investigating one specific account for which rerating fails with below error and found that it fails to backout event /event/billing/product/fee/cycle/cycle_forward_monthly because the corresponding /balance_group/monitor sub-balance element does not exist.

There is no entry in the monitor_queue_t table for this account and this event, which explains that the /balance_group/monitor was not updated with this sub-balance element.

Below is the query

SQL> select status from monitor_queue_t where account_obj_id0=80252661589 and event_obj_id0=291256379701598603;

no rows selected
