Symptoms

On : 8.2.0 version, Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The task server running scheduled GA Reports is locking up on a particular report.  The report is called through a .bat file.  When the report is run manually from GA there are no issues.  If the .bat file is kicked off manually, the report generates and sends fine. But when the task scheduler initiates the report, the report is called but then the generation halts.  Other similar reports set up to run in the same manner are running without issue.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The task scheduler should initiate the .bat file which causes the report to run to completion.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive this report on a scheduled basis without manual intervention.
