Collaborative Planning Supplier User Sees Only Purchase Orders in Horizontal View But No ASCP Planned Orders (Doc ID 2060090.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, User interfaces in Test:

Users are on 12.1.3 and have applied VCP Patch 17350769.

Supplier users of Collaborative Planning (CP) only sees Purchase Orders in the Horizontal View but not Planned Orders even though their are planned orders in the ASCP plan for the same item/organization. This is confirmed by the fact that an internal user logging into the CP portal can see both the PO's and planned orders for the same item.

Expect Supplier users to be able to see planned orders just like internal users

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CP portal as supplier user
2. View data in horizontal view and only see PO's
3. Login to CP as internal user
4. View data in horizontal view and see PO's and planned orders
