No Data Shown in Capacity Planning When Grouped by Role Hierarchy (Doc ID 2060162.1)

Symptoms

On : P6 Web 8.3.5.0 version, P6 Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Capacity Planning does not show data when viewing all Roles and grouped by Role Hierarchy.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect data to show if it exists regardless of the parent/children roles selected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into P6 Web.
2. Create a project with 3 activities and 3 roles, each role assigned to an activity.
3. Summarize the project.
4. Go to Capacity Planning and view a portfolio with this one project.
5. Data appears to show correctly when grouped by Current Portfolio Roles.
6. Change Group By to Role Hierarchy.
7. Data appears to show correctly here as well.
8. Save changes and leave the view by going to a different page (i.e.Portfolio Analysis).
9. When going back to Capacity Planning view, no data is shown when grouped by Role Hierarchy and parent/all children are selected.
10. Uncheck a child, and data will appear.

Due to this issue, users cannot correctly view Role usage in Capacity Planning.
