ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

InfoParam is not being updated in an Order failed event
In the case of an Order failed event, we are setting 3 info params through the code.
These 3 info params are populated in TBL_INFO_PARM but at the time of generating the Failed Event Response to upstream, the response is only including 2 info params.
