Claimed Batch Coupons Are Being Reset On BCC Full Deploy (Doc ID 2060472.1)

Reproducible Steps:
1) Create a coupon batch with max uses of 1 in BCC
2) Claim a coupon in frontend application 
3) Try in a different session to claim the coupon it will get failed
4) Do a full deploy on the BCC
5) Try to claim the coupon again, the coupon will be claimed.
