On OPPM 9.0 SP2 version, Function

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The OPPM console shows the Functions indicator as red

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The indicator should be green and functions should get calculated

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OPPM console

2. Review all indicators

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use PPM correctly
