Unable To Activate Supplier Through IGS Message (Doc ID 2060708.1)

Symptoms

Unable to activate supplier through RIB Integration Gateway Services (IGS) Message and therefore cannot create POs for such suppliers.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create a Supplier in RMS and deactivate it.
  2. Send a IGS message with END_DATE_ACTIVE in future. Make sure you use a supplier with non localized primary address country.
  3. See SUPS table, the status is still Inactive.
