SQL Error 01427 Occurs when Generating Billing for a Standalone Account (DDA) that Previously was Linked to Multiple IGA

Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, BI - Billing

Billable charge billed twice

A DDA account that was previously linked to more than one IGA but now billed as a Standalone (DDA).
When try to create billable charges on this standalone account, it throws a SQL error

Please contact system administrator.

STEPS
-----------------------
SCENARIO / STEPS :
  1] DDA is linked to IGA 1
2] Gnerate Bill for IGA 1
3] De-link the DDA from IGA 1
4] Link the DDA to onther IGA 2 account
5] Add new Billable charges for DDA
6] Generate the bill for IGA 2
7] De-link the DDA from IGA 2
8] DDA is now Standalon , create billable charges on it
9] Generate Bill for the DDA --> error will be thrown while generating Bill segment

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot complete the billing generation on this standalone account.

Changes

This occurrs after the environment was upgraded to RMB 2.4.0.1.0.
