ERROR

error java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ASAP.PK_NS_CON_LABEL_CKT) violated.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a EWO order with one LAG circuit and two Unassignable Bandwidth circuits

2. Assign the Parent LAG circuit and the child unassignable bandwidth circuit in the network and save the network system.

3. Now again open the same network system and unassociate the child unassignable bandwidth from the parent LAG.

4. Assign a different child unassignable bandwidth circuit.

5. Save the Network System and while saving the network system, the above reported constraint error occurs
