ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Disconnecting a parent LAG circuit with IN SERVICE Un-assignable bandwidth circuit.

When we disconnect the Parent LAG circuit, it should validate the child circuit assignments under parent circuit. Now that is not happening.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When you disconnect the Parent LAG circuit, it should validate the child circuit assignments under parent circuit.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a LAG circuit then disconnect it, notice it did not validate the child circuit assignments.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create valid LAG circuit designs.
