Symptoms

When attempting to access the Team Member login page (http://<servername>:<port>/p6tmweb), the following error occurs:

ERROR

 HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
    The website cannot display the page
    Most likely causes:
      The website is under maintenance.
      The website has a programming error.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Access http://<servername>:<port>/p6tmweb via Internet Explorer.
2.  Observe HTTP 500 error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the Team Member login page.
