ACC Performance Issues Loading Organizations

Loading the list of organizations in the ACC client (local or remote) performs very poorly and the ACC becomes unresponsive. The situation is not resolved by a server restart.

The problem occurs under the following conditions:

This only occurs when using the ACC client and does not happen when managing users through the BCC interface.

Thread dumps taken on the ACC client when the problem occurs will show a long running thread similar to the following trace:



The performance degrades over time as more organizations are added or imported into the system.
