Unable To Connect To Weblogic To Add Target In Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control

When we are adding Targets Using the Guided Process in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), we are unable to authenticate using WebLogic Admin user in "Oracle Communications Component Discovery" step.
Below is the process for ASAP installation.
1) Installed WebLogic in Common Storage (SAN) from Active node.
2) We have changed the listening address to neutral ip (0.0.0.0) in "Weblogic_Home/config/config.xml" to access WebLogic from Passive node.
3) Installed ASAP in Active Node.
4) Copied all the ASAP files from Active to Passive node.
