This is specific to implementations on AIX

On an AIX server running NMS version, lighttpd fails to start with the following error:

nms/prdmadm/nms/product/ start - parameters: start
Thu Sep 24 09:40:07 HST 2015
Using port 8101 from ces_parameters WEB_mapHttpdPort
Using default host
WARNING: Unrestricted access, no WEB_mapHttpdAllowedIPs entry in ces_parameters
Starting lighttpd with /nms/prdmadm/etc/lighttpd.conf config file - port=8101
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /nms/prdmadm/nms/product/ because of the following errors:
  0509-022 Cannot load module /nms/prdmadm/nms/product/
  0509-150 Dependent module libgcc_s.a(shr.o) could not be loaded.
  0509-022 Cannot load module libgcc_s.a(shr.o).
  0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
  0509-022 Cannot load module lighttpd.
  0509-150 Dependent module /nms/prdmadm/nms/product/ could not be loaded.
  0509-022 Cannot load module .
lighttpd did not appear to start in 2 seconds
