Symptoms
When attempting to login to Visualizer using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) Authentication the following error occurs:
ERROR
Invalid user name or password. Please try again.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to P6 client application
- Select Tools, Visualizer
- User name and Password field prompt on Visualizer screen
- Enter username and password
- Observe error
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Visualizer using LDAP authentication.
