Goal

While processing OSM orders, we are receiving the following exceptions in the logs:

#### <ExecuteThread: '14' for queue: 'oms.automation'> <lock.ReadWriteLockWithUpgrade: upgradeLockAttempt(): more than one reader trying to simultaneously upgrade to write lock>
