Design Studio 7.2.4 Can Only Support ++ Or [++] In A Single Cartridge, And Not Both At A Time

Symptoms
Design Studio 7.2.4 seems can only support ++ or [++] in a single cartridge due to which there is issue in HLR cartridge.
When HLR cartridge is upgraded from Service Studio 3.X to Design Studio 7.2.4, there is issue in Indexed parameters. In DS 7.2.4, cartridge can support parameters with either ++ or [++] and it cannot support both due to which we have issues in HLR Cartridge. Cartridge has ASDLs where some of them use [++] and some of them use ++ also. Orders are getting failed when all ASDLs are made to [++] or ++.
