Goal
From Oracle® Communications Service Broker System Administrator's Guide - '16 Remote Monitoring Service Broker with SNMP', Release 6.1, in Table 16-7 - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E39415_01/doc.61/e29444/adm_snmp.htm#CEGHFAGJ:
SystemCountersRuntime.InitialRequestCount.highThresholdCrossed - This notification is sent when the number of Initial Requests Crossed High Threshold Value.
How can we determine the value?
In case that the interval is 15 mins. So, we should have the value 100cps x 60 secs x 15 mins = 90000 if 100cps is considered as highThreadhold.
Is that correct? Where can we modify the interval?
