Referential Integrity Error When Updating Or Deleting Task Types With Related Activity Types (Doc ID 2063589.1)

Symptoms

Two task types, <TSK_TYPE_ID> and TSK-MOFF were configured. If there is an update to allow a related Activity Type of <ACT_TYPE_ID> one should not be able to delete Task Type <ACT_TYPE_ID> since it is being referenced on <TSK_TYPE_ID>. This validation is not currently enforced. When a user tries to edit, delete or duplicate the <TSK_TYPE_ID> task type an error emerges saying <ACT_TYPE_ID> does not exist.
