On production: version, Usage

When attempting to import and process a ZRG8035E, version 4 claim file with 1 magistral prescription,
the following error occurs on all of the claim lines.

F-DVW0449: (EI) Prescription number is not unique within claim (claim. #1#, line #2#).

The error occurs when claim lines are delivered in the following order:
Claim line 1: Procedure code list 058 (field 0413)
Claim line 2: Procedure code list 001
Claim line 3: Procedure code list 001
Claim line 4: Procedure code list 999
Claim line 5: Procedure code list 060

This is incorrect behavior.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ZRG8035E, version 4
2. ZRG3004F: Check to see if claim error F-DVW0449 is returned

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot always process claim lines if the order in claim lines differs.
