Error: "java.lang.InterruptedException" From Global Scheduled Services After Long Run Time Has Elapsed Reaching The "Maximum Lease Duration" Value Configured For The Long Running Connection Pool And Long Running Thread Pool

When attempting to run scheduled services, the following error occurs:

The exception is: SEVERE: TIMESTAMP:[SERVICE]:[PxService]: null

Note: It is also found that this error will occur even when increasing the maximum lease duration for the PML (Long Running) Connection Pool and Thread Pool to the maximum time allowed, generating this error after the maximum lease duration is reached (ie. 7 hours).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Execute Global Scheduled Services.
2.  After several hours, the reported error occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Run Global Scheduled Services successfully.
