Unable to Print or Preview When Accessing Contract Management Using Internet Explorer 11 (Doc ID 2064275.1)

When printing or previewing reports and forms using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), the processing wheel just spins and the report or form never prints or previews.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch Internet Explorer 11
  2. Login to Contract Management
  3. Open any module or a document in any module
  4. From the open module log, attempt to print or preview a report.
  5. Alternatively, from an open document, attempt to print or preview a form.

This issue may not be experienced by all users.
