Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) does not recognize the swipe/scan of an employee card at the Manager Override prompt screens.
Steps to Reproduce:
Pre-Requisite: Set up the Keyboard MSR on the register
1. Select F4 Admin
2. Enter a cashier's ID and password
3. Manager Override login screen is displayed
4. Swipe an employee badge at the MSR
5. No response on the POS application
