PDC GUI Validation Failure While Publishing Charge Offer

Goal
An user was not able to publish an offer in PDC to BRM. It was not even going to transformers.
This offer showed up as DRAFT; when clicking on validate, error showed up: "Unknown error in Unset Argument".
