Users Are Disconnected from ReIM Tax Group Entry Screen Intermittently (Doc ID 2064589.1)

Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.
This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.


In Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM), when trying to add Tax Breakdown on the Group entry screen, users are kicked out of the application and prompted to log in again.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In Group entry screen, choose a document type and vendor type.
  2. Click on 'Apply Defaults'.
  3. Enter Total Cost Ex Tax.
  4. Click on the Total Tax Amount link.
  5. Enter the tax amount and do not tab out; rather, click with the your mouse on OK or CALCULATE TAX button.  You will be prompted to log in again.
