Pricing Updater Reports Error Instead of Warning (Doc ID 2064786.1)

Symptoms

During import of pricing, when there are some custom products/services and events (for example, cycle_forward_monthly) which are not supported by Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), Pricing Updater throws error and does not load anything at all. 

One would expect that Pricing Updater throws warning and process the remaining pricing elements.
