Symptoms

On PFT 8.0.0 version, static driver allocations to Management Ledger from Instrument tables fail with the following errors in the debug log.

Additional Information:
1. The same test as presented above has been performed for a standard OFSAA table - FSI_D_CREDIT_LINES. The table was empty during this test. As a result, the error does not appear to be caused by model customization or data quality.
2. If LEDGER_STAT is selected as the target table, instead of FSI_D_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER, then the execution is successful.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Instrument to Management Ledger Static Driver allocation
