Planned Order Quantity In Inventory Optimization Is Not Spread Evenly For Each Week

For eg., for an item, in Nov’15 Forecast per week: 18732. Expect planned order every week, to meet weekly demand.
In IO, for this demand, 2 planned orders are created one for 20438, and another one for 90762.
There is no specific item parameters influencing this. Details attached in the screenshot
In ASCP, planned orders are created as expected: i.e., one planned order per week according to the demand in that week
The item is sourced from another internal org; The large unbalanced planned order in the destination organization becomes the dependent demand in a source organization, and it drives the Safety stock calculation in the source organization.
Because of this wrong planned order quantity, dependent demand & safety stock in source org is also wrong
Login to Inventory planner > Inventory Plan Workbench > check the planned orders for any item
Same planned orders as ASCP - week by week tracking the forecast demand
The planned order in one organization becomes the dependent demand in a source organization, and it drives the Safety stock calculation in the source organization. because of this wrong quantity, dependent demand & safety stock in the source organization become wrong
