Retrieved Transaction Does Not Default Customer Phone Number from Suspended Transaction (Doc ID 2065273.1)

In Oracle Retail Point-of-Service (ORPOS), a retrieved transaction does not default the customer phone number of the suspended transaction.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Make sure that PromptForCustomerInformation ='PhoneNumber'.
  2. Press POS in main screen.
  3. Enter Phone Number and press Next.
  4. Scan an item (ex: 1234).
  5. Press Transaction and suspend. Transaction is suspended.
  6. Press Next in Customer Info screen without entering phone number.
  7. Navigate to Retrieve Transaction.
  8. Select Transaction from suspended transaction list and tender.
  9. Validate that TR_TRN.INF_CT column does not have same value as the suspended transaction.
