Symptoms

For Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure 7.3.5, after implementing LDAP with OFSAA, you get the following error when logging in:

[11777] User ID/Password is invalid

As a result of the error, no users can log into OFSAA.

In your LDAP configuration, the 'ROOT DN' and 'USER DN' are different values.
