T2T Batch with Rejection Threshold = 0 Does Not Fail After Installing OFSAA 7.3.5

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
After upgrading to Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure 7.3.5.x, when you run a T2T Database Extract with Rejection Threshold = 0, the batch completes with a status of 'Successful' when at least 1 row is rejected and inserted into FSI_D_<table>$. You expect the Batch to finish with a 'Failed' status when rows > 0 are rejected. However, the batch incorrectly finishes with a status of 'Successful'.
The Rejection Threshold is set to 0 in Properties for 'Source - Target mappings':
However, if 1 record is rejected and the rejection message is inserted into the <table>$ table, the batch does not fail.
