Issue with GRCC User Provisioning Approval Poll program
GRCC User Provisioning Approval program is not considering the latest approval status to remove end date. If access was rejected previously/initially. it’s considering previous status and not removing end date in EBS for user though new request is approved.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.In EBS , created user and add a responsibility that causes violation of a active access control in GRC.
2.Submit Initiate Conflict Analysis.
3.in GRC, Administer Access Approvals shows the user with Status as pending.
4.Manage Access Approvals shows user, reject it and submit.
5.Run GRCC User Provisioning Approval Poll program in EBS.
6.Remove end date on the above responsibility and submit Initiate Conflict Analysis again.
7.in GRC, Administer Access Approvals will show two rows one rejected and one pending.
8.Approve request in Manage Access Approvals.
9.Submit GRCC User Provisioning Approval Poll in EBS.
10.Requery the user in EBS and end date is removed from the responsibility.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use User Provisioning effectively.
