Question # 1
Is there a way to find out current state of Network Element in ASAP through logs.
The reason for above query is we want to place a monitoring script at our end to check if there is a connection issue with NE.
We see below message printed in log files:
Here 'Down' state means idle or does it reflect a connection issue?
