Symptoms

When attempting to Install P6 EPPM the following error occurs:

ERROR

File .....\p6\adminpv.cmd not found Make sure that the file exists on the disk.

Installer Log error:

"xcopy is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file".
