Symptoms

Order creation fails after upgrading to OSM 7.3.0.0.1.
All the orders which was working properly in OSM 7.2.4.1.6, 7.2.4.1.8, and  7.3.0.0.0 are not working after upgrading to OSM 7.3.0.0.1
