EP Load Completes With Error (Doc ID 2066866.1)

Symptoms

PROBLEM
-------------

Customer was executing back end manually ep_load or used their custom workflow to download data which has ep_load procedure until now.
However, they want to use EBS Full Download now but errors are at Prepare Data step.
It is seeded Workflow, did not change any.

Ran the Demantra Collections (Collect Shipment and Booking History) With Launch EP_LOAD set to 'YES
Collections Completed , records are created in the interface tables( T_SRC_ITEM_TMPL, T_SRC_SALES_TMPL) but not processed to the core demantra tables.
