ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating XSD's using button 'Create XSD' in screen 'XML Output Details', the encoding in the resulting XSD does not take into account the value for back office parameter "Default character set for XML files".


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When creating XSD's using button 'Create XSD' in screen 'XML Output Details', the encoding in the resulting XSD should display the value for back office parameter "Default character set for XML files".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check if the value for back office parameter "Default character set for XML files" is set to WE8ISO8859P15
2. Create an XSD using button 'Create XSD' in screen 'XML Output Details'
3. Check the created XSD, this will most likely display
