On Oracle Argus Safety Version 18.104.22.168D, when users try to transmit an already generated report from the bulk reporting screen, they systematically obtain the following error message and cannot transmit their E2B report :
Error No: 0 Description: SQL execution error, ORA-20001: Case: CASEA (Report ID 500512): Error occured while setting e2b status
Case: <CASE NUMBER> (Report ID 500490) User-Defined Exception

- After case booking and data entry, auto schedule is performed by user.
- E2B report report is properly generated from case-reports tab.
- Once user wants to transmit previously generated E2B report he goes to bulk reporting.
- Error occurs when user try to transmit the report from the bulk.
