The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create an ISR order with request type `X-Broadband Services and enter the number of virtual connection.
2) Create a Virtual circuit in Virtual Circuits tab (Free format/Structured format) : BB/10001/UPLINK/XXXXXKXA/YYYYYYBN
3) Assign provisioning plan which has DLRD task.
4) Open DLRD task and change status as `Record Issued¿ via connection design window.
5) Go to ISR order and navigate to Virtual Circuits tab. Open the virtual circuit and try to edit the Circuit Id (ECCKT). It will allow you to edit the circuit id. The new Circuit Id BB/10001/UPLINK/XXXXXKXA/YYYYYYBN will also be reflected in the order.
