MSS Allows User To Change The Circuit ID After The Circuit Has Been “Record Issued” (Doc ID 2067331.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MSS allows user to change the circuit ID after the circuit has been “Record Issued” . Test was performed for ISR Virtual Circuits



STEPS
--------


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 
 
 1.Create an ISR order with request type `X-Broadband Services and enter the  number of virtual connection.
 
 2) Create a Virtual circuit in Virtual Circuits tab (Free format/Structured  format) :   BB/10001/UPLINK/XXXXXKXA/YYYYYYBN 

 
 3) Assign provisioning plan which has DLRD task.
 
 4) Open DLRD task and change status as `Record Issued¿ via connection design  window.
 
 5) Go to ISR order and navigate to Virtual Circuits tab. Open the virtual  circuit and try to edit the Circuit Id (ECCKT). It will allow you to edit the  circuit id. The new Circuit Id  BB/10001/UPLINK/XXXXXKXA/YYYYYYBN will also be reflected in the order.
