On : 6.2.1 version, PSR
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The circuit ID for In-Service circuits is changing when the circuit is opened.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PSR against ANY existing customer account with an in-service UNI product on it.
2. Associate the existing UNI product to your PSR.
3. Right click on the circuit and select `Open Circuit.
4. You will be taken into the Connection Identification window.
5. Normally if the users are just viewing information, they would click `Cancel to close out of this window.
6. Note that the serial # of the circuit id has changed.
