APCC - Plan Details - Pegging Detail Report ISSUES (Doc ID 2067787.1)

I )
Issue 1:
Pegging Detail report missing from APCC - Plan Details dashboard

Pegging Detail report to be in APCC - Plan Details dashboard

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open APCC
2. go to 'Demand Fulfillment' tab
3. no Pegging Detail report found

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot analyze data accordingly.

II )
Issue 2 ( after issue 1 was fixed as per the solution described for issue 1 ) :
'Plan Details' tab in Supply Chain Analyst dashboard are present now ( = issue 1 fixed).

However, the report in the dashboard shows error - Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 27005] Unresolved column: "- Item"."Critical Component Flag".Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000)
SQL Issued: {call NQSGetQueryColumnInfo('SET VARIABLE LOGLEVEL=2,DISABLE_CACHE_HIT=1; SELECT "- Item"."Critical Component Flag" FROM "Advanced Planning"')}

III ) Issue 3 ( after issue 2 was fixed as per the solution described for issue 2 ) :
The ODBC driver error does not appear anymore ( = issue 2 fixed).
However, the reports in 'Plan Details' tab does not show any output for any of the plans. The query was done for item specific (or even blind searches for entire plan), but no results.
